Tottenham Court Road Primark Haul – April 2014

I haven’t done a big Primark haul in what feel like ages. So whilst I was in London last week I couldn’t resist going into one of their stores. Here is what I picked up.

Floral Shirt

P1050028I love the bright floral print on this shirt and I can already tell I will get a lot of wear out of this. £12

Disney Tops

Primark keep bringing out the best Disney tops and these two are no exception, the lion king is one of my favourite ones I now own, they are such a bargain at just £6 each.

Pink Flower Cami Top

It was the cute flower detailing on this top that caught my attention, perfect for summer. £8

Boyfriends Style Tops

I think these look much nicer on than on a hanger! I love these boyfriend style tops I think they look great with a pair of skinny jeans and a statement necklace. I hope these are made in some more colours for only £3.50 each.

High Waisted Shorts

I have seen a few bloggers post pictures of these on and always thought they look great so bought a pair for myself to try. £10

Disney Make-up Bag

At only £3 I couldn’t think of a reason not to pick this up.

High Waisted Bikini Bottoms

I saw these posted on Primarks Instagram a little while ago and have been waiting to get my hands on these. I was actually sitting on the floor in the shop to rummage through the mess to try and find these in my size!

Limited Edition Statement Necklaces

The Limited Edition pieces that Primark produce are always on point and I couldn’t help but pick these pieces up. They are more expensive at £8 but they are still a lot cheaper than places like New Look & Topshop.

Limited Edition Belts

These are both so pretty, I’m not sure what I will wear them with yet but I know they are pieces that will stay in my wardrobe for a long time. Top belt £7 bottom belt £5.

Colour Your Hair Chalk

I have no idea if these will be any good but i had to buy them to try. You get two different colours in a pack for only £4

Have you been to Primark lately? If so what did you pick up?

Autumn Primark Haul

The clocks have gone back and autumn is officially here. Shops are all filled up with the autumn  / winter stock. This means lots of new Primark purchases have made it into my wardrobe, here are the pieces I have picked up in this past couple of weeks.

P1020116 - Copy

I love a thick chunky jumper in the winter. I don’t own a pink one so I decided this one was a must buy. Contains wool. £14

The next jumper I got was this fluffy heart jumper; this is super cosy and soft. Dorothy Perkins has this exact same jumper but with black hearts costing £29 this was a steal at £14.

I love the leather trend this season, so the faux leather detail collar on this jumper is right up my street. £12

I find layering shirts under jumpers for the winter always look great, and love this 2 in 1 combo. £12

Primark posted a picture of this jumper on Instagram in the week and I fell in love, although didn’t think I would get my hands on it as that is always the way! So I was super excited when I saw it in the store. £10

I’ve seen lots of tweets about this tee and I totally understand why, it is so cute. Again another piece I never thought I would be able to find. So for £6 I had to buy one.

I love the colours in these statement earrings and can’t wait to wear them out. Picked them up in the sale for just £1.

What great pieces have you picked up from Primark for the autumn, tweet me pictures @katieguilding?

Summer New Look Sale

I love a good bargain and the sales are always a good place to look. So seeing the signs as I passed New Look I couldn’t resist a little look.

I managed to grab myself a few jewellery bargains.

Earring set £2.50

As soon as I saw the Eiffel Tower earrings in this set I had to get them. They are super cute and I cannot wait to wear them.

Necklaces £4 each

I love a statement necklace and couldn’t refuse these two to add to my collection. At only £4 each they were a bargain price.

What bargains have you got in the sales lately, tweet them to me @KatieGuilding I would love to take a look.

Christmas Presents

Hope you all had a good Christmas! I was very lucky this year, take a peek at some of my gifts.

Studded Black Clutch

I have seen this bag around for ages and was so happy when I got it 🙂 This one is from Primark and I believe they cost £5. I have seen similar bags around in lots of other high street stores. I love the studs and the bag is a good size.

I have a pair of high tops but couldn’t wait to get a pair of low ones (Santa must have got my list!) I will be wearing these with jeans or leggings for a casual everyday look, I also think they will look great in the summer with shorts or a day dress. These cost around £40 – £45 depending on the store you buy them from.

Sparkly Clutch

I love bags & this New Look clutch is beautiful. As you can see it is all over sparkles. Perfect for some added sparkle on a night out!

DKNY Bracelet

I love that this item is quite simple, with just an apple charm, means I can wear it daily as it goes with everything.

Eiffel Tower Lamp

I love everything to do with the Eiffel tower and Paris! This lamp is my new very glam bedside light.

I love reading and do have a kindle, but I still love to have books as well. Here are the ones I got this year.

Lauren Conrad – Beauty

The Single Girls To-Do List – Lindsey Kelk

A Winter Flame – Milly Johnson

Santa Baby – Katie Price

Happy New Year all!!

Never Forget

The one thing everyone should be wearing at the moment is a poppy!

The Royal British Legion charity, perhaps best known for the yearly Poppy Appeal, providing support to those who have served or who are currently serving in the British Armed Forces, and their dependants.

As well as the classic paper poppy The Royal British Legion have lots of different products on their website with the Crystal Buckley Poppy Brooch my favourite! The large brooch is £24.99 and the smaller £14.99.

I already have the smaller pin and charity band but this year I’m spending the extra and getting the brooch! Money well spent I would say!
